Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the company’s Quality Management Programme across all sites and the commercial laboratory
• Ensure adherence to the company Code of Ethics and group policies
• Support the national SHEQ Officer with required instructions
• Record and report on quality metrics including client complaints, data, personnel performance, and equipment
• Manage client satisfaction regarding service quality and turnaround times
• Conduct internal audits within assigned regions to ensure quality system compliance
• Ensure compliance with company Safety Policy and local health and safety legislation
• Establish and maintain SHEQ management systems for sites, laboratories, and admin offices
• Supervise and reduce internal and external claims and complaints

Requirements

• Grade 12
• 6 years of work experience in a quality testing or production environment
• 2 years of quality management system experience (national and international codes)
• Proficiency in Microsoft software
• Experience in document and report writing
• Full competence in ISO 17025: 2017

• Safety Management system experience
• Statistical knowledge
• Environmental experience
• SANAS Laboratory Systems Course
• SANAS Internal Auditing Course
• SANAS Technical Assessing Techniques Course
• Valid Driver's License
