Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with quality criteria across the entire production sector
• Guarantee the application of control methodologies and the consistency of quality standards
• Act as a liaison between the production sector and quality technicians by reporting incidents or non-conforming products
• Monitor adherence to control methods and tools through workstation and component audits
• Participate in the validation of aesthetic criteria for produced parts
• Analyze, interpret, and update quality performance indicators
• Conduct weekly reviews and lead transverse quality meetings
• Maintain required skill levels for controllers by providing necessary training and support
• Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality management with relevant certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mechanics or micromecanics (horology knowledge is a plus)
• Expertise in aesthetic control and mastery of basic quality tools
• Strong visual acuity and ability to read technical drawings
• Proficiency in IT tools and data compilation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and make decisions
