About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to ensure product consistency
- Handle customer complaints and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Prepare reports on quality performance for senior management
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards
- Develop and implement quality control processes and systems
- Continuously improve quality processes and reduce waste
- Manage documentation related to quality assurance
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics
- Lead internal and external quality audits
- Train and supervise quality control staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety & Hygiene Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in F&B industries
- Age between 27-42
