Develop, implement, and manage the site-specific QA/QC program for data center construction projects
Create and execute Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) across all trades including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, life safety, and plumbing
Conduct ongoing field inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and codes
Review and approve subcontractor quality plans, test plans, and material submittals
Manage the non-conformance report (NCR) process and track corrective actions
Coordinate third-party inspections and testing for concrete, soils, and electrical systems
Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation including inspection records and material certifications
Support the commissioning and turnover process by ensuring documentation is complete
Report QA/QC metrics and program status to the Project Director

5+ years of QA/QC experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction
Direct experience developing ITPs and managing NCR processes on active sites
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes (IBC, NEC, ASHRAE)
Experience coordinating third-party and special inspections with AHJ requirements
Proficiency in maintaining quality documentation packages for project turnover
Excellent written communication skills for technical reporting

Prior QA/QC experience on data center or hyperscale facility construction
Familiarity with commissioning protocols (Cx) and functional performance testing
Experience with Procore or equivalent construction management platforms
ICC, CWI, or other relevant trade-specific inspection certifications
