Quality Manager Processes and Audit

Responsibilities

• Support and further develop the QM system within the organization
• Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits
• Analyze, describe, and continuously improve business processes
• Support the development of internationally valid quality standards and their implementation across the global project network
• Lead or co-lead quality-specific projects
• Assist in evaluating and tracking quality KPIs and generating reports
• Report and present quality-relevant data to stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed technician or master craftsman training with relevant experience, or a degree in Quality Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Initial professional experience in quality management and audit management (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Strong understanding of both business and technical processes
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent organizational skills, teamwork, and time management
• Confident and professional communication style
