Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide Quality Event support and audit support for India Biostatistics and Statistical Programming teams
• Act as a consultant for quality-related matters globally, with a focus on partnering with India team heads
• Support the update of functional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Participate in general Quality-related initiatives and risk management activities
• Mentor teams and manage complex, multi-project accounts

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in clinical research
• Demonstrated experience in Quality or Risk Management activities
• Expertise in root cause methodologies and CAPA development
• Comprehensive mastery of ICH-GCP principles and their strategic application
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in life sciences or a health-related discipline
• Fluency in written and oral English

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's degree) in a science, technology, or industry-related discipline
• Additional language skills
