Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality agenda for the Hillegom manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with OTC GMP, FDA, ISO, NSF, and NVWA regulations
• Own, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Manage deviation investigations, CAPA management, and root cause analysis processes
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, acting as the primary site contact for regulatory authorities
• Provide final quality oversight on batch disposition and product release
• Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team while driving adherence to GMP requirements across all functions
• Partner cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, and R&D to embed quality into daily operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical or scientific discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership experience in a Quality Management role
• Extensive experience with OTC products and FDA-regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, and CAPA management
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and verbal)
• Ability to make risk-based decisions and manage complex stakeholder relationships
