Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the quality system and oversee complaint management processes
• Optimize work processes to increase efficiency and reduce scrap
• Prepare and coordinate internal, customer, and certification audits
• Coordinate crisis measures in response to serious quality issues
• Lead and develop the quality team
• Set and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality management within the automotive industry
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Strong leadership personality with the ability to lead and develop a team
• Ability to maintain calm, prioritize tasks, and act assertively under pressure
• Strong organizational and systematic planning skills
