Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and delivery of the MPG and MPG Europe quality strategy and KPIs
• Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and support all inspection, quality engineering, and supplier quality deliverables
• Support the delivery of AS9100 certification compliance and lead certification audits
• Implement and improve quality processes, including non-conformance management and root cause analysis
• Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Plans
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Quality team through effective people management

Requirements

• Level equivalent qualification
• Certified Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality role within manufacturing or engineering
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Experience managing internal and external audits and interacting with certification bodies
• Strong root cause analysis and corrective action skills
• Demonstrated people management skills
