Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide systematic leadership and direction to the Quality department to ensure process and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
• Foster and maintain close relationships with customers to meet their quality demands.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and implement effective solutions.
• Manage and develop quality personnel through effective leadership and administration.

Requirements

• Completed Engineering or Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar management role (required).
• Experience in the automotive industry, preferably with Stamping and Assembly processes.
• Bilingual proficiency with high command of the English language.
• Expert knowledge of Core Tools: AMEF, SPC, MSA, APQP, PC, and PPAP.
• Strong understanding of IATF-16949 standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Proven skills in negotiation, leadership, and decision-making.
