Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute Quality Assurance and Quality Control on assigned power delivery projects
• Develop and maintain Project Quality Execution Plans (PQEP) and client-facing Project Quality Plans (PQP)
• Coordinate and participate in Quality Audits and conduct site walks with clients
• Ensure timely resolution of Quality Issues, Nonconformance Reports (NCRs), and Audit Findings
• Oversee quality-related subcontracts including NDE, soils, and concrete testing
• Monitor project team performance metrics and identify potential quality threats
• Support project disciplines in all aspects of QA/QC and promote a quality-focused mindset

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Welding, Civil, or Construction Management) or 5 years of Construction Operations/Quality Management experience
• Experience developing and reviewing quality plans, inspection/test plans, and audit plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to job-related software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and manage support staff
• Willingness to travel and work on-site for 2-4 week increments

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a construction Quality Control Manager
• Experience in Heavy Industrial, Power, OGC, or Water markets
• Working knowledge of industry codes and standards including ACI, AWS, ASTM, ASME, and NEC
• Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Inspector, Engineer, or Auditor
