Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Support Pre-Construction and Operational teams to ensure a right-first-time approach in quality management and specification compliance
• Manage Quality Control Systems, including auditing, risk management, investigations, complaint handling, and report writing
• Ensure ISO accredited integrated management systems are effectively implemented, monitored, and improved
• Identify areas of concern and support contract teams to analyze root causes of defects and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement and Performance Excellence across all projects to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability

Requirements

• Understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management system standards
• Proactive, highly organized, and able to work on own initiative with high attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively balance multiple tasks and responsibilities in a timely manner
• Full Driving Licence
