Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Support pre-construction and operational delivery teams with QA compliance
• Manage quality throughout all projects to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability
• Ensure compliance in Quality Control Systems, including auditing, risk management, and investigations
• Implement and monitor ISO accredited integrated management systems
• Identify areas of concern and support contract teams to deliver improvements
• Analyze root causes of defects and nonconformities to implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement and Performance Excellence

Requirements

• Understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management system standards
• Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive
• High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Full Driving Licence
