About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish quality controls based on operational needs to ensure compliance with metrics, trends, and behaviors
  • Monitor quality auditors to ensure adherence to service guidelines and criteria
  • Supervise service levels and quality control to meet established client requirements
  • Generate reports, KPIs, and metrics necessary for effective operational control
  • Manage the feedback process for coordinators experiencing difficulties in the service process

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar quality management roles
  • Certifications in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using Power BI for data analysis

  • Effective communication abilities
  • Proactive attitude, initiative, and empathy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
