Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Support overall project quality by executing daily QA/QC procedures and coordinating documentation
• Execute inspections with trade partners to ensure checklist accuracy and quality compliance
• Review installations, mockups, and quality processes with owners, clients, and design teams
• Coordinate and track QA/QC tools, punch lists, NCRs, observations, and documentation
• Provide leadership and oversight of QA/QC trade management
• Participate in trade pre-installation meetings to verify project quality requirements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of field or management experience on construction projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proficiency with QA/QC systems and documentation processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, BIM360, and SmartSheet
• Experience coordinating testing laboratories and inspection documentation
• Experience supporting commissioning and energization milestones
