Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO standards and project requirements
• Plan and conduct quality audits, inspections, and assessments across projects
• Lead and supervise QA/QC teams to ensure effective execution of quality control activities
• Identify quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to address quality concerns and ensure compliance
• Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
• Ensure training and development of quality personnel to uphold company standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality management within the construction or engineering industry
• Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards and quality management systems
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Quality Management such as Six Sigma or ASQ
