Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Define, deploy, and manage the quality and safety policy and management system for the microbiology laboratory
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and manage accreditation processes and external stakeholder relations
• Monitor quality performance through indicators, non-conformities, complaints, and corrective actions
• Lead internal and external audits and manage technicians on quality-related matters
• Provide technical support to operational teams
• Define and drive actions regarding safety, risk prevention, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• BAC+3/+5 degree in Quality Management or a related field
• Mastery of quality management systems (QMS)
• Proven experience in conducting audits and monitoring compliance
• Ability to manage non-conformities and deploy continuous improvement actions
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams and manage stress effectively
