Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop quality coordination, process quality, and return management for the new distribution center in Örebro
• Drive the development of quality processes, from improving existing workflows to creating new ones from the ground up
• Lead and build a high-performing quality team, fostering a culture of engagement and continuous development
• Ensure operations comply with established standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Manage and develop internal and external audit processes and follow-ups
• Utilize data and analytical tools to drive systematic improvement initiatives and enhance efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality management within a logistics or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of relevant ISO standards
• Experience conducting audits and managing follow-up actions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to lead teams and drive organizational change
