Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products are produced to specification and in compliance with local governing body requirements
• Lead, manage, and mentor the local Quality Assurance team in Teplice
• Establish local quality objectives, annual budgets, and development plans
• Manage quality oversight and performance of utilized suppliers
• Ensure compliance with IFS-HPC, BRC-CP, ISO 9001, and ISO 22716 standards
• Oversee quality investigations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions
• Conduct Management Reviews of the Quality Management System
• Plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives in quality assurance and process control
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Marketing teams

Requirements

• 9 years of related quality experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
• Deep knowledge of IFS-HPC, BRC-CP, ISO 9001, and ISO 22716 requirements
• Proficiency with SAP, Minitab, and Success Factors
• Strong decision-making, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication abilities
