Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Co-create and implement quality strategies and coordinate quality activities
• Actively lead the quality department, including a team of engineers and quality controllers
• Collaborate with other departments to improve process and product quality
• Initiate and lead actions to optimize quality costs
• Maintain and develop the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Initiate and coordinate corrective and preventive actions
• Promote and develop a culture of quality throughout the organization
• Participate actively in process, system, and customer audits
• Optimize and implement processes related to product quality assurance
• Perform cyclical reporting of quality results

Requirements

• Higher technical education
• Practical knowledge of quality tools, techniques, and ISO 9001 standards
• Fluency in both Polish and English
• Strong leadership skills and a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience in data analysis and monitoring KPI indicators
• Knowledge of conducting and participating in internal and external audits
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in people management
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within quality management
