Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and resource stewardship for the Quality organization
• Lead execution of cross-functional strategies for the production system quality control roadmap
• Foster a culture of quality as a shared mindset across the factory
• Manage end-to-end quality responsibility including supplier, manufacturing, and customer satisfaction
• Support the development and execution of the Cornerstone Quality Management System
• Develop and execute methods for inspection, testing, sampling, and training
• Monitor customer satisfaction and internal metrics to drive quality improvement projects
• Lead team problem solving for customer and internal quality issues to find root causes and execute permanent corrective actions
• Explore and execute new technologies to improve quality control effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of manufacturing experience
• 3+ years of quality experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma certification
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
