Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Group Quality policy and roadmap in accordance with ISO standards
• Design, maintain, and evolve the integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety)
• Define Group standards including PAQ, ITP, 8D, AMDEC, and NC/CAPA
• Manage and pilot the multi-site audit program (internal and third-party)
• Define and monitor Group KPIs (NC, CAPA, maturity, OQD, CNQ)
• Govern system risks related to quality, nuclear, safety, and environment
• Lead the Group Quality community and define competency frameworks

Requirements

• Higher education degree
• Initial experience in quality or quality assurance systems
• Solid experience in an industrial environment
• Fluency in English is indispensable
• Strong communication skills for leading working groups
• Rigor, decision-making capacity, and pedagogical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the nuclear sector
• Knowledge of ISO 19443 and ISO 9001 certifications
• Proficiency in Spanish
