About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Tiger Teams to drive improvements aligned with key hotel indicators and GSI data
- Conduct Performance Excellence Planning (PEP) reviews and support departments with data analysis, root cause identification, and action planning
- Initiate and execute quality and hotel projects based on strategic plans, operational needs, or General Manager’s direction
- Analyze GSI, Hotsos, and operational data to recommend key drivers, improvement initiatives, and process enhancement opportunities
- Supervise the Quality Administrator and ensure smooth daily operations within the Quality team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Manager in a 5-star or luxury hotel/resort
- Background in auditing or training within ISO 9001, Six Sigma, TQM, or equivalent quality management systems
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
