Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across project delivery
• Develop, review, and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
• Lead the management and close-out of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Conduct quality surveillance activities to verify compliance with project requirements
• Review and maintain Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) and associated documentation
• Support audits, inspections, and quality reviews with internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Project teams to promote a strong quality culture
• Identify quality risks and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems
• Produce clear quality reports and performance metrics

Requirements

• Experience in a Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, or similar role
• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles
• Experience managing ITPs, NCRs, Quality Surveillance, and LTQRs
• Experience in construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, defence, rail, or nuclear environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent military experience
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within nuclear or other highly regulated industries
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
• Experience supporting supplier and contractor quality activities
• Exposure to major infrastructure or construction projects
