Quality Management System Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Quality department processes and standards aligned with company goals
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Product Management teams
• Integrate Quality processes into the end-to-end company process architecture
• Continuously evaluate and improve process effectiveness and efficiency
• Support the development of the Scout Motors Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure cross-alignment and consistent implementation of BMS initiatives across locations

Requirements

• 5+ years in automotive engineering, production, organizational development, or quality management
• 3+ years of QMS-related responsibilities
• ISO9001:2015 auditing certification required
• Proven experience implementing QMS or executing internal audits in the automotive industry
• Extensive knowledge of organization development, process management, and process design
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• OEM experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
