Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure the ICEYE Quality Management System is fully implemented and maintained within the Greece production facility
• Drive production framework maturity and serve as the subject matter expert for QMS, QA, Health and Safety, and environmental topics
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and industry requirements, acting as the primary contact for auditors and certification bodies
• Conduct internal process audits covering quality and EHS topics
• Maintain controlled documentation rigor across all Greece operations
• Define and track quality KPIs and present regular performance reports to leadership
• Provide training and coaching on QMS processes and quality tools to promote a culture of quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality, engineering, operations, compliance, or process improvement roles
• University degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or a related field
• Strong experience with digital QMS systems and data-driven improvement methods
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (AS9100 or AQAP2110 is a plus)
• Proven experience with quality tools and risk management, including RCA, CAPA, FMEA, and PDCA
• Practical experience conducting audits
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong process management, facilitation, and analytical skills
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement initiatives
