Quality Management System Oversight Lead

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Parexel's Quality Management System (QMS) strategy and tactical goals.
• Manage key QMS elements including infrastructure, Quality Issue Management, Change Management, Process Optimization, and Risk Management.
• Continuously improve the QMS and maintain familiarity with related automated quality systems.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to QMSO staff.
• Manage assigned projects and initiatives, ensuring adequate resource allocation and reporting.
• Support Corporate Quality in the preparation for and follow-up of internal and external audits and inspections.
• Develop and update quality/process documents, tools, and templates.
• Present the QMS to clients, auditors, and regulatory inspectors.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects as required.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of professional work experience.
• Substantial experience in the Clinical Research field (pharmaceutical industry or CRO).
• Proven experience in Quality Management and QMS support.
• Strong knowledge of GxP compliance.
• Experience in training and developing materials.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required (Life-science or health-related discipline preferred).
• Proficiency in written and oral English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a science, technology, or industry-related discipline.
• Experience in Technology or Business Operations.
• Previous leadership or formal project management experience.
