Quality Management System Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the QHSSE Director in the operational implementation and compliance of QHSSE strategies, procedures, and policies.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of an integrated Quality & HSE Management System.
• Facilitate audits, compliance activities, and quality performance benchmarking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a participative QHSSE culture across global operations.
• Advise on product design to ensure quality assurance and early issue detection.
• Lead investigations into customer quality issues and manage corrective action processes.
• Build and maintain tracking systems for component usage and performance insights.
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding QHSSE matters, including tenders and audits.
• Support reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of combined Quality and HSE experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically within oilfield services or the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in KPI benchmarking.
• Hands-on experience with quality systems, audits, and corrective action processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications such as CQE, ASQ, ISO Auditor, or NEBOSH.
• Experience in a manufacturing or shop environment supporting oilfield tools or equipment.
• Proficiency with component tracking, traceability, and CAPA processes.
