Quality Management Planner for Customer Projects

Responsibilities

• Manage quality planning and support for new parts and series production products
• Review delivery conditions and assess technical feasibility
• Initiate and manage 8D processes and coordinate special approvals with customers
• Handle the complete complaint management process
• Provide customer support, including setting and monitoring customer targets
• Manage customer visits and audits, and conduct internal audits

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or completed training as a Technician or Technical Business Administrator
• Professional experience in Quality Management, including familiarity with QM systems and methods
• Knowledge of forming technology, testing procedures, and geometric tolerances
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is preferred
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Certification as an auditor is a plus
