About the role

Responsibilities

  • Actively shape and develop the company-wide quality strategy and promote a quality-driven culture
  • Provide operational support to the Head of Quality in implementing quality initiatives and integrated management systems
  • Act as a cross-functional interface between development, purchasing, production, and service departments
  • Strengthen supply chain quality by optimizing incoming goods inspections and managing supplier complaints
  • Maintain and expand the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and GMP
  • Drive continuous improvement processes (KVP) and optimize internal quality testing processes in production
  • Participate in supplier qualification, selection, and development processes
  • Perform data-driven quality analyses and visualize relevant KPIs for management and specialized departments

Requirements

  • Degree in technical or business studies (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration)
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in quality management within a production environment (e.g., plant or machine engineering)
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMP standards
  • Ability to translate strategic decisions into operational actions
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels, from the shop floor to executive management
  • Fluent proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards
  • Experience in managing integrated management systems
