Quality Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage quality management independently for manufacturing and development projects
• Participate in the qualification of new assemblies and delivery items
• Accompany projects from contract review to final delivery, including customer acceptance tests
• Lead targeted and active error and complaint management within projects
• Coordinate complaint reports, resolve technical issues, and ensure proper documentation
• Conduct technical reviews and initial sampling processes

Requirements

• University degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable field
• Relevant professional experience in quality management
• Proficiency with CAQ tools (e.g., BabtecQ)
• Strong project management skills
• Fluent English communication skills
• Willingness to travel, particularly during the initial onboarding phase at other locations in Germany
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong communication skills
