Quality Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage quality management independently for manufacturing and development projects
• Participate in the qualification of new assemblies and delivery items
• Support and audit workshare partners and suppliers both domestically and internationally in coordination with Supplier Quality Management
• Accompany projects from contract review to final delivery, including conducting customer acceptances
• Manage errors and complaints actively within projects, coordinate complaint notifications, and resolve technical issues
• Ensure proper documentation and perform technical reviews and initial sampling

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable field
• Relevant professional experience and familiarity with CAQ tools and QM methods
• Strong project management skills
• Fluent English communication skills
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Ability to work effectively in a team with strong communication and initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional qualification or specialization in the field of Quality Management (QM)
