Quality Management Clerk/Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance at airline catering locations in Munich/Schwaig
• Monitor and document food safety standards, HACCP requirements, and hygiene regulations
• Conduct internal quality and food safety audits and support customer audits
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, authority regulations, and internal standards
• Provide hygiene training for operational teams
• Monitor cleaning plans and track hygiene and quality measures
• Handle complaints and support complaint management processes
• Collaborate closely with production, operations, kitchen, and logistics departments
• Plan and implement preventive, corrective, and improvement measures in quality management

Requirements

• Proven experience in administration, ideally focused on quality assurance, food safety, or HACCP
• Knowledge of gastronomy, hygiene regulations, and quality documentation is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good communication skills in both German and English
• High level of responsibility, accuracy, and understanding of sensitive food production processes
• A valid reliability check (LuftSiG) is an advantage
• A driver's license and own vehicle are preferred due to the location in Schwaig/Oberding
