Quality Leader

Responsibilities

• Comply with internal standards and procedures related to quality, safety, environment, and preventive medicine.
• Analyze technical documentation, environmental conditions, and inspection equipment to prepare items for inspection.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on parts, components, and assemblies according to technical standards.
• Execute non-destructive testing (NDT), including Liquid Penetrant (LP), Magnetic Particle (PM), and Ultrasonic (US) testing.
• Issue and maintain quality documents, protocols, and records in accordance with the Quality Management System.
• Identify and segregate non-conforming items and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanics, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
• Technologist degree in Quality, Mechanics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in the metal-mechanical industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical drawing interpretation.
• Proficiency in performing non-destructive testing (LP, PM, US).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP.
