Quality Lead - Data Centres

Responsibilities

• Close liaison with Client’s representative to fulfil the project’s quality requirements
• Establish and maintain good coordination with Contractors and Consultants
• Plan and allocate QC resources to do witness on-site and off-site inspections
• Perform audit and field inspections to Contractors as requested by the Client
• Review and approve all ITP and Checklists
• Perform site walks with Client and Consultants to ensure quality requirements are met
• Recruit qualified QC personnel as required
• Plan for witnessing commissioning based on available resources
• Present quality-related issues to the Client weekly and escalate significant issues
• Lead QAQC meetings with Contractors and internal QC personnel
• Ensure all quality dossiers are integrated into the Client’s documentation system
• Validate or review As-built drawings generated by Contractors
• Conduct performance evaluations for all QC personnel

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in QC and/or Commissioning
• 5 years of experience in Data Center facility maintenance, operation, and/or construction
• Experience in construction scheduling, project administration, and managing quality programs
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is beneficial
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with large-scale mission-critical projects and Data Centre lifecycle processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or industry QAQC formal qualification
• Proficiency with online document management applications
