Quality Lab Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure all tests are completed and results meet all specifications before moving to the next production process
• Enter all batch data into the electronic batch records system
• Generate appropriate paperwork per customer specifications and gather customer samples
• Utilize computer systems to test products and determine the disposition of non-compliant finished goods
• Place non-conforming material on hold as needed
• Support ISO Management Systems and Safety Systems
• Maintain inventory of lab supplies and identify product issues for other departments
• Create, maintain, and update standard operating procedures for the Quality Department
• Assist in the training of other lab technicians as needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without needing sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Chemistry
• At least one year of experience working in a quality control laboratory
• At least one year of experience working in a manufacturing or distribution facility
