Quality Lab Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform testing on raw compounds, fabrics, and finished products using established procedures
• Conduct production adhesion testing, incoming material inspections, and R&D-related testing
• Evaluate and process QC Holds and support material release activities
• Communicate test results and notify management of potential quality concerns or nonconforming materials
• Maintain accurate quality documentation, reporting records, and compliance with ISO 9001
• Assist with investigations and resolution of quality-related issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with 5S and safety expectations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing Quality Lab
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and data analysis abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment involving standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
