Quality Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and organization of training materials, including SOPs, GMP documents, and training courseware
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all training documentation
• Maintain and manage the training archive system, including sign-in sheets, assessment records, and certificates
• Monitor and track training completion rates across departments to identify overdue requirements
• Generate training reports and data analysis to support the QA team
• Support the QA team in optimizing and improving training management processes and workflows

Requirements

• Ability to assist with SOP and GMP document preparation
• Experience or interest in maintaining organized archive and documentation systems
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity and traceability
• Proficiency in creating presentations and supporting administrative coordination
