Quality Intern

Responsibilities

• Support quality control through accurate data capturing in the online quality system
• Verify compliance with food safety and quality standards, including plant and personal hygiene checks
• Conduct testing and inspection of raw materials according to sampling plans
• Identify non-conformances and assist in raising NCRs or RCAs
• Maintain Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards and ensure equipment is calibrated
• Learn to perform analytical and sensory testing to identify trends and implement corrective actions
• Assist with quality systems, including closing audit findings and managing document archiving

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Food-Tech, Bio-Tech, Food Science, or an equivalent field
• 0-2 years of experience within the FMCG industry
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of liquid blending processes
