Quality Intern

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Control (Online) by capturing accurate data in the Haford system and verifying compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Conduct testing and inspection of raw materials according to sampling plans and identify non-conformances.
• Maintain Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards and ensure all testing equipment is calibrated daily.
• Assist with Quality Assurance tasks, including performing analytical and sensory testing and identifying trends in results.
• Manage quality systems by learning to close audit findings and maintaining organized digital and physical documentation.
• Provide clear and accurate data and communication to Team Leaders and the Quality Manager.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Food-Tech, Bio-Tech, Food Science, or an equivalent field.
• 0-2 years of experience within the FMCG industry.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of liquid blending processes is highly advantageous.
