Quality Integration Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Quality by guiding the Belfast Quality team and representing the department in Plant, Operations, and Programme reviews.
• Collaborate across the business to secure and uphold essential TCCA/ACLP approvals for the A220 programme.
• Monitor all A220 Quality budgets (RC & NRC) and develop documentation to secure necessary financial support.
• Lead key quality projects within the QIP plan, ensuring they are funded, aligned with plant objectives, and delivered across teams.
• Develop balanced scorecards and business metrics to guide decision-making.
• Adopt digitalization and AI solutions to improve team efficiency and reduce workload.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the formal delivery and implementation of business projects and performance management frameworks.
• Direct experience operating as a business leader within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated capability in financial tracking, specifically monitoring departmental spend versus budget (RC and NRC).
• Expertise in deploying formal project management methodologies to meet time, cost, and quality standards.
• Technical experience in generating business metrics, building balanced scorecards, and integrating digital or AI solutions into workflows.
• Strong consultative and influential abilities to drive improvement programmes.
