Quality Inspector

Responsibilities

• Inspect and approve incoming materials by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests
• Monitor in-process production to ensure compliance with standards and communicate necessary adjustments to production teams
• Approve finished products through rigorous testing and manage the return of products for re-work
• Document all inspection results, maintaining accurate reports, logs, and quality databases
• Maintain and calibrate measurement equipment according to operating instructions
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of required PPE and maintaining a clean workspace

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control
• Proven experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency using precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting
