Quality Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of Hot Gas Path (HGP) components, including combustors, blades, and vanes.
• Execute and interpret Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods, specifically VI, UT, and PT, in accordance with Level II certification.
• Identify, document, and assess defects, deviations, and non-conformities during the inspection process.
• Prepare accurate and complete inspection and testing reports to support quality documentation.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot quality issues and support root cause analysis (RCA).
• Contribute to the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality inspection within manufacturing or repair environments.
• Certified NDT Level II (VI, UT, PT) with practical application experience.
• High proficiency in using inspection tools, metrology equipment, and interpreting test results.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and technical specifications.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for working in cross-functional environments.
