Quality Inspector

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final inspections of electronic assemblies to ensure product quality
• Perform test witnessing and data verification to ensure functionality of deliverable units
• Review drawings and process requirements to ensure compliance with technical data packages
• Use measurement tools and equipment to verify product dimensions and quality
• Identify, document, and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and participate in root cause analysis
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform administrative tasks related to file management

Requirements

• HS diploma (or equivalent) with 8 years of related experience, OR an AA/AS degree with 6 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in Product Inspection or Manufacturing Quality Assurance
• Experience working in a manufacturing or depot repair environment
• Proficiency in reading drawings and blueprints
• U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic inspection hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, and inspection scopes
• Past experience working in Receiving Inspection
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and techniques
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
