Quality Inspector

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, work-in-progress items, and finished joinery products
• Ensure products meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor production processes to identify and address quality issues
• Conduct dimensional checks, finish inspections, and final product evaluations
• Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain detailed quality records
• Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with factory quality procedures and safety standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality inspection within a joinery or woodworking factory
• Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and finishing works
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings
• High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in quality documentation and reporting
