Quality Inspector

Responsibilities

• Support quality assurance activities by evaluating product assembly quality against technical drawings, BOM, and specifications
• Perform in-process quality checks and outgoing quality assurance (OQA) inspections
• Conduct root cause failure analysis and implement corrective actions for operational processes
• Provide technical evaluations through process capability studies
• Monitor production lines for potential quality issues and track identified defects to ensure resolution
• Perform process, product, and quality audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with SQE, production teams, and manufacturing engineers to resolve quality concerns

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Diploma in electrical, electronics, or mechanical engineering
• Strong knowledge of electrical control panels

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with statistical software
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14000 standards
• Mastery of quality control tools and electromechanical manufacturing processes
