Quality Inspector

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and verify requirements for production and PPAP parts
• Apply statistical methods and mathematical calculations to determine process capabilities
• Recommend instrumentation, calibration, and gauging needs
• Ensure compliance with quality regulations including ISO 9001:2015 and AAR M-1003
• Participate in safety and problem-solving team meetings
• Perform housekeeping duties including 5S and TPM

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to use calipers, plug & thread gages, micrometers, and other measurement devices
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• General knowledge of CMM and/or CNC programming
• Ability to learn CMM programming
