Quality Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems
• Utilize advanced quality management tools like Calypso and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to gather accurate data
• Conduct quality audits in accordance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and FDA regulations
• Document inspection results meticulously, including data collection and analysis
• Identify non-conformances and collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions aligned with CGMP and HACCP protocols
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to improve product quality and process efficiency
• Support internal and external quality audits by providing detailed reports and maintaining comprehensive records

Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing quality control or inspection roles within regulated industries
• Strong knowledge of quality systems including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, HACCP, FDA regulations, and CGMP standards
• Hands-on experience operating precision measurement instruments like calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and CMM
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data accurately and identify trends
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with quality management software such as Calypso
