Quality Inspector

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Manage laboratory equipment and schedule necessary calibrations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 6S principles
• Accurately document all test results and maintain comprehensive quality records
• Identify, track, and manage non-conforming products
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols

Requirements

• Experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing environment
• Associate degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience
• Knowledge of production processes and lab testing methods
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001
• Strong analytical skills to identify data anomalies and solve problems
• Good communication skills in both Finnish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in material physical and chemical characterisation
