About the role
Responsibilities
- Inspect in-process and finished parts, assemblies, and components
- Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering work instructions
- Document inspection results and identify nonconforming parts
- Ensure strict compliance with AS9100 and ISO quality standards
- Support a safe, quality-focused manufacturing environment and follow all company safety procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing quality inspection experience
- Proficiency with measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Basic computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR/EAR regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or medical device manufacturing
- Experience with electrical, electromechanical, or mechanical assemblies
- Familiarity with composite materials, structures, or surface finishing processes
