Quality Inspector

Responsibilities

• Inspect in-process and finished parts, assemblies, and components
• Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering work instructions
• Document inspection results and identify nonconforming parts
• Ensure strict compliance with AS9100 and ISO quality standards
• Support a safe, quality-focused manufacturing environment and follow all company safety procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing quality inspection experience
• Proficiency with measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Basic computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR/EAR regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or medical device manufacturing
• Experience with electrical, electromechanical, or mechanical assemblies
• Familiarity with composite materials, structures, or surface finishing processes
